½ head iceberg lettuce
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
12 oz. bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
6 Roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
6 green onions tops sliced
2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 c. frozen peas thawed

Dressing
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. sour cream
Mix dressing and set aside.

Layer ingredients in order listed. Top with dressing and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
