Filling
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (still hot from being cooked)
¼ c. sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 t. cinnamon
Zest and juice of 1 large orange

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. flour
1 stick melted salted butter
1 c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the filling ingredients. Put in buttered casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly texture. Drop in pieces to top filling. Bake until brown at 350º.
