3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups dark and light raisins
1 egg
2 cups buttermilk
1 stick butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray Pam in 2 loaf pans.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Knead gently. Put in loaf pans and brush lightly with an egg wash. Bake for one hour. (Heating time may vary depending on oven).
