Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
A Brisket (trim off fat)
ADD for each lb
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp crushed tyme ( separate not by lb)
SAUCE
2 cups ketchup
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
1/2 tsp red pepper (seasoning)
1 tsp yellow mustard. 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons white viniger.
3 Tablespoons orange marmalade. 2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together (except for sauce) and rub on Brisket
Set aside for at least 1 hour
On your grill brown 20 minutes on eac side

Put in large pan(I put a rack in the bottom of pan)
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour per lb at 200 degrees

Sauce
In a saucepan add all ingredients except butter
Cook over low to medium heat until it comes to a boil
Stirring often. Add butter and take off heat
