Directions:
About 30 minutes before serving:
Over medium-low heat, heat half and half, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and onion, stirring until hot but not boiling.
Meanwhile, toss cheese with flour (we often just add it to the bag of cheese to save on dishes). Slowly add cheese to the hot mixture, whisking until smooth and bubbling. Add sauce to taste. Then, pour into warmed fondue pot for serving.

Dippers
French bread
Carrots
Celery
Apples
Broccoli (we like it cooked)
Pretzels
Grilled chicken

Personal Notes:
Yields: 4 cups. Serves: 6
Substitutions:
•You can add whatever dippers sounds good to you: cauliflower, ham, brats or hot dogs, etc.
•You can substitute different types of cheese for different flavors or mix them. We love a mozzarella/cheddar blend or a Colby jack/cheddar blend.
