3 cups Flour
1 cup Cornstarch, taking out one large tbsp from this quantity
1 cup Icing Sugar
3/4 pound of Butter softend (has to be butter, not margaine)
1/2 tsp Salt

Mix all ingredients together
Press into desired shapes and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes. The idea is not to see any brown on the bottom of the cookies once they are baked
