16 oz candied red cherries
4 oz candied pineapple
4 cups chopped pecans
1 pkg chopped dates ( use more pecans if you don’t like dates)
1 small pkg coconut
2 cans condensed milk
1 cup self rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up all fruit an mix with dates and flour. Add pecans and coconut
Stir in condensed milk. Mix well
Spray 3 medium loaf pans with Baker’s Joy
Press the mixture evenly in pans and press it in

Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes

You can use extra pecans in place of dates and/or coconut
