Ingredients:  
3 ⅓ cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground nutmeg
2 ⅔ cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
(or 1 can 15 oz)
1 tsp vanilla
⅔ cup water

Directions:

Mix together dry ingredients, then wet ingredients, combine.
Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 350°F for 60-80 minutes.
