3/4 cup water
3/4 cup flour
3 eggs
6 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan heat water and butter to boiling, reduce heat and add flour all at once. Stir about 1 min, until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat eggs one at a time until mixture is smooth and stiff enough for you to make a channel with your finger that stays. form puffs with a piping bag or spoon and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Slice open but not through and fill with your favourite filling.

We made lots and lots of these for my wedding. Cream puffs are my favourite treat.
I only ended up eating two at my reception but everyone seemed to like them.
