Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 LBS ground beef 2 eggs, beaten ¼ c. bread crumbs 1 small onion 1 tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper ¼ c. cooking oil 3 T. cornstarch ¾ c. pineapple liquid 2 T. soy sauce 3 T. cider vinegar ¼ c. brown sugar ¼ c. catsup ½ c. water 1 c. pineapple chunks 2 green peppers cut in strips 1 can mushrooms

Directions:	Directions: Mix and shape meat, eggs, and breadcrumbs into small balls Brown in oil Remove from pan and set aside. Drain off all but 2 T. of fat Brown onion and green pepper in remaining fat Mix cornstarch and pineapple liquid, stirring until smooth Add soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, catsup and water. Cook and stir until thickened. Add pineapple chunks, mushrooms, and meatballs. Place in a large casserole dish and serve immediately or freeze and reheat for a later day
