2 lb lean beef
Carrots
Turnip
Onions
Celery
1 can tomato soup + ½ can water
3 T min. Tapioca
Salt + Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything into a roasting pan (no need to brown the meat) and put lid on, bake at 250º for 4 ½ - 5 hours

Check at 3 ½ hours to add more water if needed

Cook potatoes separate and add for the last hour
