2 cups Teriyaki sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons basil.
Fish fillets (Grouper, Snapper, etc.)
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Teriyaki sauce with garlic powder and basil for the marinade.
Marinate fish in half of the marinade for 30 - 60 minutes.
Drain off of fish.
Mix mayonnaise with the other half of the marinade.
Grill fish on grill, spreading with the mayonnaise/marinade mixture while hot.

This recipe came from Joe Penovich who had a Tiki bar named JJ Grills in Port Canaveral, Florida. We used this quite a bit for different fishing groups that came to Hawk's Nest.
