1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts (pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Mix butter, sugar and vanilla. Work in flour, salt and nuts until dough hold together. Shape into 1" balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, until set but not brown. while warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll in powdered sugar again.
