2 cans Veg-All, drained

1 c. onions, chopped

1 can water chestnuts, chopped

1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

¾ c. mayonnaise

1 can mushroom soup

1 stick butter

1 sleeve Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients. Top with buttered Ritz crackers Bake at 350º for approximately 35 minutes.
