2 lbs. squash

2 medium onions, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

1 stick melted butter

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can diced water chestnuts

½ pint of sour cream

1 small can pimientos

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onions until very soft in a small amount of water (just enough to cover bottom of pan). Salt and pepper.

Pour melted butter over stuffing mix. Line casserole dish with half of stuffing.

In a bowl mix soup, water chestnuts, sour cream and pimentos together. Pour over stuffing; Spread the other ½ of stuffing on top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
