4 russet potatoes
1 egg boiled
1 green pepper or 1 stalk celery
1 onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp red wine vinegar
3 to 4 Tbls Duke's mayonaise
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes and cook for 20 minutes in microwave

Remove and let cool

Chop pepper, celery, egg, and onion

Add to the cooled potatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Add mustard and vinegar

Add mayonnaise to the desired consistency. (About 3 Tb)

Stir all together
Top with paprika
