"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

12 oz. cheddar cheese

6 oz. mozzarella cheese

5 c. milk

Directions:
Spray bottom of 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Preheat oven to 350º.

Spread uncooked Marconi in dish. Dot Marconi with butter. Cover with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese ( I use a little more because I like cheese). Pour milk over these ingredients.

Bake for 1 hour. (I cover mine either the first 15 minutes or last 15 minutes with foil). Just see what works best for you.
