1 head of raw cabbage, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 c. mayonnaise

2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed

1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Cut up cabbage as you would for steaming. Put in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle chopped onion all over cabbage. Salt and Pepper to taste.

In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise. Pour over top of cabbage and onion.

Mix together melted butter & Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly and brown.
