1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup boiled beans of your choice
1 red capsicum
1 stick celery
1 red onion

For Dressing:
2 tablespoon crushed tomatoes
1 avacado
2 tsp. lime juice
2 tablespoon orange juice
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste

1. Prepare the salad dressing with all the ingredients
2. In a platter, spread the salad at the bottom and the rest of the ingredients on top
3. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
