2 lb yellow squash, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar pimento
1 can waterchestnuts, diced
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
2 c cornbread stuffing crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook squash in boiling, salted water until tender. About 10 minutes. Combine squash, onion, pimento, water chestnuts and cream of chicken soup.

Combine melted butter and cornbread crumbs. Put half in bottom of pan.

Next add squash mixture. Top with remaining cornbread crumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes.
