32 oz canned peaches
¾ c brown sugar, packed
½ c cider vinegar
2 3-inch cinnamon sticks
1 tsp whole cloves
1 tsp whole allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain syrup from peaches into a medium saucepan. Add brown sugar, vinegar and spices. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes.

Cool slightly.

Place peaches in bowl (that has a tight fitting lid). Pour syrup over top. Refrigerate. Allow peaches to marinade for 24 hours.
