2 dozen Roma tomatoes
EVOO
chopped garlic
McCormick's Caribbean Jerk Seasoning©

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225º.

Slice tomatoes in half and arrange tightly (cut side up) on a cookie sheet. Once all of your tomatoes are sliced, liberally sprinkle tops of tomatoes with EVOO, pepper, a little chopped garlic and jerk seasoning.

Place in oven and slow cook for approximately 6-7 hours. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container in the reserve juice.

Serving ideas: These oven roasted tomatoes are LOADED with flavor and will add a little extra "UMPH" to even the best sandwich, salad or pasta dish!!!
