2 c corn, fresh (or frozen)
1 T flour
3 T sugar
2 eggs
¾ tsp salt
¾ c milk
¼ c butter (½ stick)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease a 2 qt oven safe casserole dish.

Place the corn in the casserole.

In the blender combine milk, eggs, flour, sugar and salt. Pour over the corn. Dot with butter.

Bake for 45 minutes or until set and top is golden brown.

Note: Frozen corn can be used in place of fresh corn and it does not need to be thawed prior to using.
