2 Baked pie crusts
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 small box strawberry jello
3 to 4 cups fresh strawberries washed and cut up
Directions:
Directions:

Bring sugar, water and cornstarch to a boil
Stir constantly until thick and smooth
Take off heat and stir in jello

Put half of strawberries in each baked pie crusts
Pour hot mixture over berries
Put in fridge
Serve with cool whip on top
