1 package shredded or southern style hashbrowns, thawed
1 chopped onion
1 - 16 oz. container sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
¼ stick butter, melted
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Seasoning to taste (I use Nature’s Seasons and Garlic Powder)
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for Parmesan Cheese. Season to taste with Nature's Seasons and Garlic Powder and pour into a greased 9 X13 baking pan.
Sprinkle parmesan on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an 1 hour - until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
