2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (tobacco or something similar)
6 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
In a zip lock bag combine peanut butter, soy sauce, citrus juice, brown sugar, curry powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
Place the chicken breasts into the marinade and refrigerate. Marinate at least 2 hours, but overnight is ideal. Skewer and grill until cooked through.
