¾ c. soy sauce

1 tbsp. black pepper
1 bag Frozen raw shrimp or can use chicken breasts

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a zip lock bag and add meat of your choice to marinade.

The friend who gave me this recipe used it for chicken thighs. I have tried it with chicken breasts but my family’s favorite is with raw shrimp. I buy frozen raw shrimp and run them under cold water to thaw and peel them. If you use chicken you would marinate for several hours, if you use shrimp you would only marinate for 15-30 minutes so they don’t get soggy. Skewer the shrimp and grill until done – generally 10 minutes.
