Stuffed Italian Manocotti Recipe

2 large cans of Hunts Italian sauce
3 tbsp. Fennel seeds
3 tbsp. Basil
1 box of Manacotti
1 large carton small curd Cottage cheese 1
1 large carton Rocatta cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. basil
shake or 2 of garlic salt.
1 large package Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Simmer:
2 large cans of Hunts Italian sauce, add 3 tbsp. Fennel seed & 3 tbsp. Basil. Simmer for 1/2 hour

Cook 1 box of Manacotti & set aside

Mix together:
1 large carton small curd Cottage cheese, 1 large carton Rocatta cheese, 2 eggs, 1tsp. basil & a shake or 2 of garlic salt.

Stuff into Manacotti, place them in 9 X12 baking dish already sprayed

Cover with tomato mixture

Cover with 1 large package Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Bake 350º for 45 minutes, If cheese not melted, cook another 15 min or so.
