1 box white cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding (small)
½ c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda

Frosting:
2 envelopes of dream whip
1½ c. cold milk
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding (small).

Finely chopped walnuts

Pistachio cake:
Mix together:
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding (small)
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda

Beat 4 min.

Bake 25 to 30 min at 350º


Frosting:
Mix Together:
2 envelopes of dream whip
1½ c. cold milk
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding (small).

Beat 5 to 10 min.

Frost right before serving (preferable). Sprinkle with 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts if desired.
