½-¾ lb. of browned ground beef/turkey/chicken (or leave out if you want only veggies)
2 - 16oz. cans of diced tomatoes
1 - 16oz. can of tomato sauce
4 beef or vegetable bouillon cubes
½ onion chopped (or 1-2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1½ tsp. italian seasoning
1 small package frozen veggies
1 - 15oz. can white (navy or cannelini) beans (any bean works fine)
1 c. pasta (any kind)
7 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Dump everything except for the pasta in the crockpot and simmer on low all day (6-8 hours). Turn up to high and add pasta. Simmer on high about 1 hour until pasta is cooked through. Top with parmesan cheese.
