1 small head cabbage
1 pkg chicken flavored Ramen noodles
5 green onions, whole, diced
1 c sliced blanched almonds, toasted
3 T sesame seeds, toasted
1 c water chestnuts, diced
½ c vegetable oil
3 T rice vinegar
2 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix diced cabbage, crumbled noodles, diced onions, toasted almonds, sesame seeds and water chestnuts.

Mix together packet of chicken flavorings from Ramen Noodles, oil, rice vinegar and sugar.

Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. This can be done well in advance to marinate thoroughly all ingredients.
