2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

CREAM TOGETHER;

Add 3 eggs, cream;

Add 4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. ricotta cheese

MIX REALLY WELL;

drop by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet

BAKE 350ºF 12-15 minutes


ICING:

Beat until stiff; 3 egg whites, add 1 box 10x sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla. Divide into sm. dishes, color with food coloring, frost each cookie, dip into crushed peanuts, sprinkles, choc, etc.
