1 tbs butter
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
˝ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 lbs. white fish (thaw if frozen)
˝ cup yogurt (plain)


Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet sauté onion over medium heat in the butter until soft and translucent, stir in paprika, arrange fish over onion and add water.
Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover tightly and cook 20-30 minutes until fish flakes. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish.
Transfer fish to a serving platter and tent with foil to keep warm.
Add yogurt to remaining pan juices, heat through, pour over fish.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
