Big bowl:
4-5 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup ground flax seeds (optional)
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts

Small bowl:
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients listed above under big bowl.

In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter in to the oil. Pour that plus honey over mixture in a big bowl and mix well.
Spread in 2-3 shallow cookie sheets and bake at 325 degrees until brown. Stir once or twice while baking. Add dried fruit after baking (or serve with banana or fresh berries).

I line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. Makes a lot- so you can half the recipe if you want.
