1 - 16 1/2 ounce can dark sweet cherries, drained
1 - 16 ounce can sliced peaches, drained
1 - 15 1/4 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 - 17 ounce can apricot halves, drained
1 - 16 ounce can pear halves, drained
1/2 cup brandy
4 soft coconut macaroons

Grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Layer ingredients in order given. Sprinkle macaroons on top. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator and let stand for 30 minutes. Bake at 400º, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot.
