1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 medium onion
3 cans (16 ounce) Mexican Style chili beans, undrained
1 can (16 ounce) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can (16 ounce) chopped tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
1½ cups water
1 can (4.5 ounce) chopped green chilies
1 package taco seasoning
1 envelope ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion in large dutch oven, stirring till crumbled, until meat is brown. Drain. Stir in rest of ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Note: Makes 3½ quarts. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
