1 pound chicken
1 envelope Taco seasoning
1 can Chicken Broth
1 T Butter
1 T Flour
1 Cup Chicken broth
1 C Sour Cream
1 1/2 C Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
7 Flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, taco seasoning & 1 can chicken broth in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours. When done, remove chicken from broth & shred.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour. Whisk until blended. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Gradually add 1 cup chicken broth, beating continuously with whisk. Stir in sour cream until sauce is smooth. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir well & set aside.

Place 1/4 cup chicken in center of each tortilla; top with shredded cheese. Roll up tortillas into cigar shape. Place in ungreased 9x13 baking dish.

Pour cheese sauce over the filled tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 35 minutes or until cheese is melted.
