Rhubarb Pie Recipe

Ingredients:  
2 cups chopped rhubarb (make cups good and full)

1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon soft butter
Pinch Salt
2 egg yolks beaten good

Topping:
Use 2 egg whites, beat stiff
Add ¼ cup sugar
Pinch of baking powder
Beat until real stiff then spread on pie and bake until brown (around 350°).

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, pour over rhubarb and cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain Rhubarb.

Put next 5 ingredients in Rhubarb and cook until thick. Keep stirring. If too thick add ½ tablespoon water. Let cool and pour in a cool baked pie crust.

Beat topping ingredients until real stiff then spread on pie and bake until brown (around 350°).
