Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter together. Pat mixture firmly against the bottom and sides of 10-inch pie pan to form shell. Bake in 375° oven for 15 minutes. Keep ice cream in freezer until very firm. Thaw and drain strawberries. At serving time preheat oven to 475°. Pack firm ice cream into crust, cover with drained berries. Spread with meringue, being sure it is sealed well around the edges of the crust. Place under a preheated boiler until lightly browned-about 3 minutes. Serve at once, or store in refrigerator until serving time. Makes 6-8 servings.
