Ingredients:  
One large potato per person (6 potatoes)
Add minced crisp bacon, grated or sauted onions, chopped parsley, or chives with butter for more flavor!

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes
2. May add to water; 1 small onion, cut clove of garlic, piece of bayleaf, and stalk of celery with leaves, and ½ tsp of salt for flavor
3. Place in pot of water
4. Boil potatoes 20-40 minutes, checking for when potatoes become tendor (When able to pierce with fork)
5. Mash with fork, potato masher, blender, or mixer
6. Add 3 tbsp butter, 1 tsp salt, 1/3 cup hot milk or cream
7. Beat with fork or whisk until creamy
8. Add minced crisp bacon, grated or sauted onions, chopped parsley, or chives with butter for more flavor!
9. Keep in warm crockpot until serving.
