1 ½ c. (3 sticks) margarine
2 ½ c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk
2 t. vanilla
1 t. lemon juice
3 ⅓ c. APF
Directions:
Directions:
In medium size bowl or mixer cream the margarine, adding sugar slowly when creamed. Add eggs one at a time, beating till fluffy. In a separate (2nd) bowl, mix milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Alternate adding the milk mixture and flour to the creamed margarine, blending thoroughly. Bake in tube or Bundt pan at 350ºF for 50 minutes or shorter time in other pans, checking with a toothpick.
