2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup solid packed pumpkin (canned)
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 eggs
¼ cup soft butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, mild and eggs in mixing bowl, add dry ingredients and soft butter. Mix until blended. Stir in nuts.
3. Put in greased 9”x 5” x 3” loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45-55 minutes.
