"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Busy Family Friendly. Salmon is quick and easy to cook. It can be baked, poached, grilled, or even smoked. The Creamy Mustard Dill Sauce is a great compliment, but the salmon is also great without it. It is a good way to get Fish Oil with lots of Omega 3. I have cooked salmon many ways but when Nancy developed this recipe, I liked it the best.
Love to all, Mimi
