1 cup sugar
½ cup Bisquick baking mix
5 medium peaches, peeled and sliced (about 5 cups), or 1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches, drained.
1 cup whipping cream
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425°. Prepare Pastry. Roll into rectangle, 14x10 inches; with floured stockinet-covered rolling pin. Fold into halves; gently place in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Unfold pastry; press evenly against bottom and 1 inch up sides of pan. Mix sugar and baking mix; toss with peaches. Spread over pastry. Pour whipping cream over peaches; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°. Bake until crust is golden brown and cream is partially set, 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate any remaining dessert. 12 servings.

Pastry:
Beat 1/3 cup milk and 1 egg yolk slightly; stir into 2 cup baking mix until soft dough forms. Turn pastry onto lightly floured cloth-covered board. Knead 10 times.
