2 large sweet onions, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 (5-6 lb) boneless pork shoulder roast
2 tbsp garlic oregano red pepper seasoning blend
1 tsp kosher salt
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
BBQ sauce of your liking

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place onions in a lightly greased slow cooker.
2. Rub roast with seasoning blend and salt, place roast over onions.
3. Pour broth over roast.
4. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until meat shreds easily with a fork.
5. Shred roast and mix in BBQ sauce before serving.

Serve with King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (our favorite), as well as corn on the cob and coleslaw! Yum!
