2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup water

Bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Remove from heat and while hot add:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt

Beat well and add:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda

Beat well. Pour in a greased, floured 11x17 sheet pan.
Bake at 370º for 20 minutes.

Melt 1 stick margarine
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk

Bring just to boiling and remove from heat and add:
1 box sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Beat well. Spread over cake while the cake is warm and then let sit to cool.
