1 package dried stuffing crumbs
Neck from turkey
1/2 lb. ground beef
bouillon cube (chicken)
garlic powder
4-5 mushrooms
1 tsp capers, chopped
thyme
onion powder
tomato paste
poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Boil neck in 3 1/2 cups of water with minced onion, poultry seasoning until falling apart. Strain solids from stock, make sure you have approximately 2-3 cups of stock. Pick turkey meat off, chop and set aside. Sauté ground beef until no longer pink. Chop mushrooms finely, add to meat. Add seasonings and capers. Add tomato paste. Mix stuffing cubes, slowly add stock and combine. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes.
