Swedish Lasagna Recipe

9 Lasagna plates
1-1¼ lbs. ground beef
salt & pepper
1 c. spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
approx. 2 c. milk
2-3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. margarine


Directions:
Directions:
Cook the lasagna for 10 minutes. Drain in cold water. Put aside.

Brown ground beef in a pan with salt & pepper for taste. Add spaghetti sauce and mix. If you want, add mushrooms and/or peppers. Set aside.

Melt the margarine in a pot. Add flour and mix with a whisk under low heat. Add milk, a little a a time. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes under constant stirring to make gravy. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Layer in the following order:
1. Put some gravy in an oven safe pan (8" x 8")
2. Cut 3 lasagna plates to fit the pan
3. Put some ground beef mix on the noodles
4. Pour a small amount of gravy over the ground beef mix
5. Sprinkle some cheese over gravy
Repeat from number 2.

End the last layer of lasagna with gravy and the rest of the cheese.
Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes at 350º or until the top is golden brown.
