½ package egg noddles cooked (or any pasta)
1 can of mushroom soup
½ c. milk
½ c. mayonnaise
2 cans of tuna
1 c. sliced celery
½ chopped onion
1 small can mushrooms - drained (or fresh mushrooms)
1 package frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
shredded cheese
topping - breadcrumbs/melted butter/parmesean cheese

Directions:

Mix mayonnaise with soup. Saute mushrooms and onions in olive oil. Combine with all other ingredients and top with breadcrumb mixture.

Bake at 350º for 60 minutes.
