Salsa
2 Kiwis, peeled and diced
2 apples, diced
8 oz. raspberries
1 lb strawberries
2 tbsp white sugat
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor


Cinnamon Chips
10 – 10 in flour tortillas or pita breads
Butter flavor cooking spray or real butter
1 cup cinnamon sugar

Salsa
Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes before serving.



Cinnamon Chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat one side of tortilla or pita with spray or butter and sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on baking sheet. If using cooking spray, spray again.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with salsa.
